Why not take advantage of a fantastic meal that won't break the bank and book your spot at our very own restaurant, Sauerkraut und Bulgur ? We've put together a list of the absolute favourites. Our summer Barbecues are highly recommended.

The Dinner

Each dish includes a soft drink (apple-, orange juice or water). Dinner is served between 5pm and 8pm in our restaurant, Sauerkraut und Bulgur, or in our conference rooms. Weather permitting, you can also dine on our leafy terrace. Please speak to us beforehand for any exceptions. Dinner is served as a buffet or à la carte as decided by Sauerkraut und Bulgur's duty staff.

Starters

Salad (e.g. mixed salad, tomato- or cucumber salad, etc.) or soup

Main

Rotating selection from the restaurant (e.g. chicken schnitzel with wedges and sour cream, rigatoni pasta with chicken in a creamy herb sauce, penne bolognese, lasagne – and always with a vegetarian alternative)

Dessert

Apple strudel with vanilla sauce, Berliner jelly donuts; red, yellow and green German fruit jelly (Grütze).

If you don't order until you get to the restaurant, you will have to arrange your meals directly with the restaurant staff. It costs 7,50 to 9,00 € to include breakfast and dinner in your booking and please notify us 2 weeks in advance at the latest. If you opt for only a 2 course meal, please tell us if you prefer starter and main, or main and dessert.

Hamburger buffet to create your own: buns,meat patties, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onions, ketchup and mustard.

All-you-can eat-Pasta-Buffet

6,- € per person

Includes: Three types of pasta, and three different sauces

All-you-can eat-Pizza-Buffet

6,- € per person

Includes a selection of: margarita, salami, ham, vegetarian, tuna, ham and pineapple, four seasons.

The barbecue buffet

The small all you can eat barbecue buffet: 6,- € per person

  • Bratwurst (German Sausages)
  • German potato salad
  • Mustard, Ketchup, Sour Cream, Barbecue sauce
  • Bread and bread rolls

The big all you can eat barbecue buffet: 11,- € per person

  • 3 types of meat (Beef, Pork and Chicken)
  • Bratwurst
  • Vegetable bulgur (Turkisch cous cous)
  • German potato salad
  • Baked potatoes with rosemary
  • Sliced tomato, cucumber, and a mixed green salad and a dressing to mix yourself
  • Mustard, Ketchup, Sour Cream, Barbecue sauce
  • Bread and bread rolls

Vegetarians have the choice of tofu or corn on the cob.

Lunch pack

3,50 € per person

Our lunch packs are ideal for that sightseeing snack or for that big trip ahead when you leave us. It includes: a piece of fruit, two filled bread rolls, a drink and a Hanuta chocolate as a snack. You can fill the rolls yourself if you want, or if your departure is before 7am we can have them ready for you on time.
